Very Good Dealership 11/11/2011

Purchased a 2011 Suzuki DL650 Vstrom from Interstate Cycle. Perfectly satisfied with the sale and the delivery, sold a 2008 Suzuki RM-Z250 via consignment sale through Interstate Cycle - no issues. Had my 2011 Vstrom serviced at Interstate - No issues. This is an above average dealership where all employees have been very helpful. I go to another Suzuki dealership now since they didn't seem very interested in helping me with getting parts or service. They don't even want to answer the phone! They just want to sell you a bike then no service after the sale! more

The Facts 12/5/2009

I hate reading reviews from angry consumers. Everybody knows that you can't please everyone all the time, and some people you can't please ever. The unbiased truth is...there are 10 to 15 guys working at the store, and they don't share one personality. If you can't get along with 10 different people, maybe the problem is YOU! When it comes to Interstate Cycle, the guys have a wealth of knowledge, and they enjoy what they do. It is an outrage that CitySearch allows people to post reviews like this one below from Unbiased Truth. It just doesn't make any sense!!! Go see for yourself as opposed to take the opinion of an individual that hides behind an internet alias. Pros: They Care! more

Interstate Cycle is clearly the best motorcycle dealership in the Carolina's. They have a great staff of knowledgeable sales and service professionals. I have purchased motorcycles from other dealers in the Charlotte area, but none of them come close to the family friendly atmosphere that I have experienced at Interstate Cycle. Their great discounts on parts and accessories are unequaled. Recently, while on vacation in Canada, I had a slight problem with my bike and the dealer in Canada had the problem diagnosed incorrectly, however armed with the information from Interstate, the problem was solved. Interstate was right there getting me the information that I needed to have my bike back on the road in less than an hour and a half. Pros: You bet! more

Interstate Cycle (IC) .....There is no comparison. 8/21/2007

Having owned several bikes and the opportunity to ""experience"" many dealerships in the Charlotte area, there is no question that Interstate Cycle ""gets it"" when it comes to customer service. Regardless of whether you are shopping for a new/pre-owned bike, parts or accessories, if you want to feel valued as a customer and treated like a friend, then IC is where you will get the best return on your investment of time and dollars. What separates IC from the rest of the pack is that the relationship goes beyond the point of sale. Don't take my word for it. Stop in and talk with anyone on the sales or service staff and you will see the difference for yourself. Great product lines, great people and great service. It just makes sense. more

I have been a customer of Interstate Cycle for the last two years. I own two motorcycles, both customized with there help and expertise. The owner, the management and service I have experienced with this dealership has been fantastic. When I and my friends go there we feel like we are part of a bigger family and not just another customer. There support for the local motorcycle chapters has been second to none.
