Thank you to all our customers! Interstate Cycle has once again achieved Pro-Yamaha, Polaris MVP and Polaris VIP status. Interstate has also earned the Yamaha White Diamond Award for the third year in a row. These awards are based on achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance with consumers and manufacturers. The awards are given to a very small percentage of dealers. In order to achieve these awards, a dealer must have a customer service culture. We want your experience to be the very best possible. We also know that we aren?t perfect. We complete over 4000 transactions per month; and there are times when things don?t go 100% correct. We would love the opportunity to try to resolve your issue in person.
