On October 31st I gave International Passport Visa $452 as well as completed forms to obtain two visas to go to India. I was told that both visas will be back within in 30 days. By November 21st I had not heard anything from International Passport Visa so I called and left a message. There was no return phone call. On November 28th I left a message again and once again there was no return phone call. On November 29th ,the third try, I talked to Ericka Hernandez who said she did not know anything she would have to check and she would have John Chambers call me back. He did not call back, so on December 7th I tracked him down and he replied that he did not know and would check on it and call me back. He never called back. December 12th I called the office and John with no answer. Since I did not get thru, I called my travel agent on Dec. 14th who sent John Chambers an email and then John Chambers said he sent off my passports two and half weeks ago to the India Consulate. I called back on the 30th of December and told John Chambers that I needed my passports and he said he could send it to me by overnighting it to me. He made me believe it was already at the India Consulate and went on to say that if I got the passport back to him he could have the visas in three days. I said okay and he hesitated and said he would get back to me and of course, he did not.
On January 3rd, I showed up at the office and said I needed my passports for an emergency. I received it the next day and I could see they had never done any work on the application with no application ID number which proves they never sent it off to the India Consulate So, they never sent it off, they never apologized and then even promised to give my money back and that never happened. When trying to reach John Chambers you have to leave a message at the office and if he returns the call it shows up as a private number on the caller ID. He makes it extremely difficult to communicate with him.
