Great wallpaper, but...... 1/31/2013

I ordered wallpaper from them and I really love it, however, the description of how Interior Place packages the wallpaper is a joke. It reads "Wallpapers are priced per single roll, but packaged in double rolls only. Please order an even quantity (i.e. as a multiples of two - 2,4,6, etc)."...I needed 4 rolls total, so I ordered a quantity of 2, since they say they are packaged in double rolls...WRONG! I really needed to order a quantity of 4, since they are priced individually! Someone need to change the wording. Not only that, but I needed those 2 other rolls, only half of the wall was done and I was having a big party that weekend, they didnt help me out on expedited shipping at all, I had to pay an extra $30. So if you take anything from this, just call in and placed the order. :) more

I had ordered two different patterns of wallpaper borders from Interior Place. One I kept and one I sent back. I initially had problems with getting them to credit my account when I tried to return it, since they had put no return slip in the package. I talked to them online, and they were wonderful. They expedited my refund, and were just very kind and helpful. more

Product does not adhere to glass, $40 rip off 12/11/2012

A few days after installing this privacy film on a window, it stopped sticking to the glass completely. And because we had to cut it to specific size to make it fit exactly, it's now totally non-returnable and we can't get a refund. Thanks Interior Place for robbing us of $40. more

Was completely ripped off and lied too 9/12/2012

I placed an order well over a month ago and received it yesterday I am completely unsafisfied with my order. Before I placed my order I called and spoke with a representative and asked how many rolls of product would I be receiving and she said 2 double rolls which was perfect for having paid $100 and seemed reasonable. I was sent 1 double roll which took over a month to reach me and when I called in to ask where the rest oft order was the manager argued with me and told me I had all my order etc etc. I will most definetly not order from here again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone... more

I like to write a review when I have a GREAT experience purchasing from a company that I consider to have VERY HIGH standards. I purchased two different wallpaper borders. I got the BEST price out there and the items were received within a few days. What else could I ask for!! I highly recommend Interior Place Inc. I will always purchase from them for all my wallpaper needs. (This was my 2nd try at ordering these borders. The 1st time I ordered through an internet site with a similar name. After months of waiting, not being able to get through on the phone to them and them not answering my e-mails, I had to contact my master card to dispute the charge.) I am so glad I then found Interior Place, Inc. It restored my faith in ordering on-line. This is the place to order wallpaper - they have the VERY BEST PRICE and you will receive your order quickly. I would highly recommend them. more

I didnt receive my whole order 7/19/2012

I dindt receive my whole order. I only received part of them, it suppose that i had to receive two rolls of "green plaid wallpaper", two of "brown horse border" and four of "VN62013 wallpaper" but i didnt receive one of "green plaid wallpaper" and two of "VN62013 wallpaper". What happen with the with the rest of my order? Where is the other rolls? I hope get an answer as soon as posible. Thank you. more

Recently we had to repaint one side of wall in the bedroom, we were looking for the wallpaper border matched to the existing one. Thanks to Interior place, they have a large selection of wallpaper border. We managed to get the one that we needed. Great Product and Customer Service 2/28/2012

I purchased from Interior Place 'Blue Yellow Clay Construction Wallpaper Border' for our son's nursery. This border turned out great in our nursery. The border is so colorful. It was easy to put up. The customer service was excellent and I received my order very quickly. I would definitely recommend this border! more
