Mr. Leo Perez once again impressed me with his customer service of hotel guess. I stayed at the hotel on 01102012 01112012, as soon as he saw me he call me by my name. Mr. Perez asked if we needed anything and provided assistance with another reservation. Mr. Perez gets 10 STARS from my co workers and I. Mr. Perez supervisor needs to recognize Mr. Perez. We keep coming back to the Intercontinental Hotel because of the great service Mr. Perez provides.
