Hotel and services 3/2/2012

Being in the F and B for many years I have came to realized that guest only take the time to talk about negative feedback. I would like to take the time to express the outstanding job that Leo, Flor, Kathleen and Elvin have done in making my Wife,s birthday celebration so special. This are the kind of team members that make a Hospitality business like the intercontinental a unique place to stay and celebrate. We shall speed the word out..Thank you and thank to all employees I have mentioned above. We will be back soon. more

I am thoroughly impressed with the newly renovated lounge at the intercontinental hotel. The staff here namely, Leo, Kathleen, Florangel and Aristides were absolutely amazing and every desire was attended to. I really had a wonderful time and look forward to my return. more

The club lounge needs less tables and more couches to give it more of a lounge atmosphere. The rest I have no complaints and Leo and his staff are outstanding!!! more

I attended the lounge grand opening And I must say it is great. Amazing food and fine wine, but best of all the staff, very professional. I congratulate in particular Leonardo, Kathleen, Flor and Aristides. Intercontinental Hotel should be proud of its staff members and keep them as the best way to do business. As a guest this is the most important thing to feel comfortable in a hotel. more

Leonore at the front desk was fantastic. I arrived early and of course rooms were not ready. She worked diligently to find me a room in a mater of minutes without my requesting. She has a great smile and started my stay on a warm friendly way that continued throughout. The u Leonore more

Miami Intercontinental is one of the best training place I have ever been. The hotel room is lovely and the beach is so relaxing. The services are also of high quality. Thanks for giving me the great experience! more
