absolute WORST moving experience. I told the representative everything I had down to each detail and they quoted me for an amount slightly lower than another moving company did so we used them on our cross country move. I had movers show up and tell me that for what I paid they can only take half of my stuff, pay the $500 cancellation fee, or pay $700 more to get a little more of my stuff but not everything. I ended up losing half of what I owned due to this move because they wouldnt bring my living room set and all of my kitchen appliances and belongings. Integrity Moving has no integrity at all. Then they show up and all my boxes were beat up and smashed up. My trash can was unusable (a $60 stainless steel one). I even had my printer and piano keyboard stolen. I would NEVER recommend these people! more

Integrity Moving Company really made a week of my life easier! I recently moved from Ohio. Man, was it easy! They were very comparative in prices and were very friendly when I called to ask a few questions before choosing to go with them. They were very upfront and honest with me about prices and availability and when I was ready to move, they helped me right along! They were quick, but careful not to break anything and they were great to work with…very professional. I would choose Integrity in Columbus over any moving company I've used! more

I am 100% satisfied with my recent experience using Integriity Moving for my relocation from Columbus to the Cincinnati area. Their crew arrived on time and they performed in a courteous and profesional manner. Both my old and new apartments were on the 2nd floor and they never seemed to slow down their pace. This move was by far the best experience I have had with a mover. The crew was very professional they didn't damage anything and I have a large house it took 8hrs with four men to move my belongings and from begining to the end the crew cared about every item they moved. I will use them again if i ever move again. A big thanks to the whole staff you where great. more

Shady, not professional and never delivered!! ! We made reservations 2 1/2 weeks before our move, they called the day before to confirm that they would be coming between 8 - 10 a.m. That morning they called to say the truck had a flat tire. The truck wouldn't fixed that day - like that's believable, it takes an hour tops to change a tire! They also said that all their trucks were at other locations and could not move us that day or the next. We had to turn in our keys that Sunday. Finally they said they would call around for us to find another company. They said they found A&D, which ended up being 2 guys without a truck and wanted me to put my credit card on a U-Hual and they would pay for it after they dropped it back off. Integrity said they would be available until 1 p.m. to call back if there were any issues. I called numerous times, left two voice messages and never got a ... ! too make a long story short.. i booked 2 moves with integrity.. first move 2 story to second floor apt. 2nd move 2nd flr to first floor apartment. the exact same number of boxes were used (i had saved them from previous move) and exact same furniture. First move - 400 for 4 hours..(as quoted by lyndsey) the second move.. (same quote... 400) 7 hours for 600. the second movers did not use dollies. the moving people are great.. BUT GET THEM TO USE DOLLIES! real men DO use dollies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

They were very professional and exremely careful with all of our belongings and furniture. They were so courteous and hard working. \r I am so thankful that they did such a great job! \r They put everything exactly where I wanted it and I am so pleased.\r I would recommend them to anyone who moves anything from piano's to antiques or just your household belongings. These people really know how to do it RIGHT! I was very impressed with the fact that they responded so quickly and efficiently to my request for information regarding only a single item move. Everything was set up, confirmed and completed in the blink of an eye! The employees at Integrity Moving LLC were all extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt. It was BY FAR the best moving experience I have ever had (and there have been many). I would definitely not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any type of move. more

This was our first move with a professional mover, and we were looking for a good mover for a low price. Integrity Movers fit that description perfectly!! Their estimate for our move was substantially lower than the other companies we checked with, and they did a great job. Despite the very hot & humid weather on the day of our move, our movers got their job done professionally and quickly. They completed the job exactly within the amount of time quoted to us! The great thing about the price was that our move was guaranteed not to exceed the quoted amount.. We didn't find this with any other company. Overall, we would definitely use this company again!! FOR ONCE A MOVER THAT STANDS BY THIER NAME! I MOVE ALOT FOR MY COMPANY AND HAVE NEVER RECIEVED THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I DID THIS TIME. THERE WERE ABSOULTLY NO DAMAGES, THEY WERE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, EXTEMELY FAST, AND VERY NEAT IN APPEARENCE. THE RATES WERE JUST AS GOOD. I HAVE NEVER BEEN THIS EXCITED ABOUT MOVING AND I KNOW WHO WILL MOVE ME FOR YEARS TO COME. YOU COULD TELL THESE GUYS KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND TOOK ALOT OF PRIDE IN DOING SO.
