Shady, not professional and never delivered!! ! We made reservations 2 1/2 weeks before our move, they called the day before to confirm that they would be coming between 8 - 10 a.m. That morning they called to say the truck had a flat tire. The truck wouldn't fixed that day - like that's believable, it takes an hour tops to change a tire! They also said that all their trucks were at other locations and could not move us that day or the next. We had to turn in our keys that Sunday. Finally they said they would call around for us to find another company. They said they found A&D, which ended up being 2 guys without a truck and wanted me to put my credit card on a U-Hual and they would pay for it after they dropped it back off. Integrity said they would be available until 1 p.m. to call back if there were any issues. I called numerous times, left two voice messages and never got a ... ! No apology, and didn't get a full refund of my deposit back!!! Thankfully American Movers were able to move us on a Sunday because they said they would never turn away business! Even if Integrity has a sale, don't fall for it, shop around first and ask if they will meet the price.
