Richard did an excellent job and wrote a very complete report, went up and examined roof and air condition and heater units, and made sure they were all working properly. As well provided some recommendations regarding some of the self repairs needed. more

A Good Inspector 1/1/2012

After researching many inspectors, richard was the only one that offered all the services I wanted. We wanted an inspector with experience, and one who used the infrared technology. We were very please with the inspection and the report was well written. The house was two years old and had many issues that we were able to get addressed. more

BUYER BEWARE-SCAM Artist!!!! 9/30/2008

BEWARE! Company is NOT at all thourough. After the inspector (RIchard) conpleted what he called an inspection, I was walking around pointing out things he had missed. Some things he did check and noted they were OK and after purchasing the home we found out differntly (like the water heater with rust on top of it-obviously he didn't look on top of it) Pros: Compared to other prices, very cheap..you get what yo pay for, inspection was a waste of time Cons: NONE-Do not hire this company more
