BEWARE! Company is NOT at all thourough. After the inspector (RIchard) conpleted what he called an inspection, I was walking around pointing out things he had missed. Some things he did check and noted they were OK and after purchasing the home we found out differntly (like the water heater with rust on top of it-obviously he didn't look on top of it)
Pros: Compared to other prices, very cheap..you get what yo pay for, inspection was a waste of time
Cons: NONE-Do not hire this company
