As an IGI employee of 3 years, I have to agree with the other IGIEmployee. I heard about IGI from my university's career center, and began the interview process with an on campus interview. I loved the high-energy, conversational approach to an interview, and understood immediately that I would fit in with the company culture. \r
\r
When I heard I would be making a base salary, uncapped commission, 100% company paid benefits and had an opportunity to be promoted based on work ethic and merit, I knew that I had found the company I wanted to work for. \r
\r
I was told the entire way through the process that the hours were 7-5 (and compared to my brother who works 80 hours a week minimum as a financial analyst, and my sister who does marketing 9am-9pm for pennies in New York), that seemed fine with me, especially because you are working for uncapped commission. I have not found anything that my recruiter or interviewers said to be false, and have loved working my way up in the company. \r

This is a place for people who want an opportunity to work for a fast growing company, great people who challenge you daily, and definitely want to work with people in a sales/ relationship management position. It's not for everyone, but if you are looking for these things, consider applying. \r

I also have to agree with the other IGI employee, the best thing you can do is to formulate your own opinion by interviewing yourself and by speaking with the people who live it each day. However, if you want to base your opinion off of someone who wrote a negative review online, it's up to you.
Pros: Base Salary, 100% paid benefits, commission, bonuses, people
