I have been an IT consultant for 10 years and worked with many recruiting agencies. Most of the time, I work with 2 or 3 in one year. Insight Global's customer service oriented, energetic employees, and impeccable payment record make them the best group of people I have ever worked with. My most recent experience in a consultant role for one of Insight Global's clients was one of my most challenging to date. There were many times when I needed my expenses paid ahead of time for the intensive travel I was doing and every time I notified Insight Global, they took care of me and were happy to do it. Not to mention, every time I called in I always got a voice on the phone and was never transferred through an automated system. I miss that.\r
From the viewpoint of a consultant, I could see why MFoxen1 (below) would have a hard time working for IGI. If you're not extremely motivated, hard-working, and willing to go out of your way to do your job better than anyone else, it would not make you happy to work there.\r
Like I said, my experience with consulting companies is far-reaching, and Insight Global is as successful as they are for a very good reason. Thank you, IGI.
