I started my career with Insight Global one month after graduating from the University of Texas in 2010 and cannot imagine my life having made any other choice than to work at Insight Global. The company culture is captivating. From my very first day walking in the office I absorbed the contagious positive energy. Being surrounded by such smart, motivated and energetic people is inspiring. One of the best aspects of Insight Global is that everyone’s’ success is dependent on the success of others so in addition to the team atmosphere, you have people consistently fighting for you to do well. The camaraderie overflows outside of the office where my coworkers became my best friends in a new city. \r

Insight Global is entirely responsible for my professional and personal happiness. I wake up happy every single morning knowing that I am a part of something unique and special. In less than a year I have developed business acumen, excellent communication and professional habits that have shaped me into a successful, confident business woman. I feel so blessed to say with complete confidence that I will retire with Insight Global. I do not have any friends that can say that their first job at their first company after graduating college will last longer than a 3 year stint, but as a result of the incredible mentorship and encouragement at IGI, I feel at home.
