The guy that runs the place is a COMPLETE JERK! It took 4 MONTHS to get our furniture delivered and he wouldn't tell us where it was in the process or when it was going to be in, ...

Should be named ""In and Out"" 9/19/2010

The most obnoxiously rude people I have ever met. Was treated as if I were a piece of trash on the street. Felt as if I were inconveniencing them by ""shopping"" for the perfect patio set. Can't imagine how they stay in business. more

Buy your patio furniture here! 4/14/2010

After 20 years, I'm just now replacing the patio set I bought at Inside-Out...with another set from Inside-Out. Furniture is a bit more expensive now than last time I shopped for it, but if I only have to buy it every 20 years it's worth it. Pros: Quality furniture you'll keep more

Cute Store-Beautiful Furniture 4/10/2010

Finally finished a screened porch & looked everywhere for the right furniture...at Inside-Out I found wicker furniture that was made just for covered porches. I hadn't seen anything similar anywhere else in Nashville. Super comfortable, reasonably priced and I was able to custom order just what I wanted. Other than waiting for it to get here, there were no negatives. more

Patio Furniture that lasts 4/10/2010

I was shocked to see any bad reviews of this store! I bought my patio furniture there over 12 years ago and it has held up great. Too well, in fact...it is still looks so good that my husband won't let me replace it. Inside-Out has always been a pleasant place to shop & I definitely got what I paid for. Pros: My furniture has lasted for over 12 years Cons: I've had my furniture so long I'm tired of it more

Rude, Rude, Service 11/27/2009

I have visited this store a couple of times looking at pre--lit artificial Christmas trees. On my previous visit I brought in a Hallmark ornament to make sure it was adaptable to their lighting system on the trees. The sales representative at that time unplugged a light and tried it and indicated I needed some sort of adapter. The owner's wife came over and asked her about the voltage of the ornament and she said she verified it on the box. NEVER any mention of a problem. Pros: Non Cons: Attitude of owners more

Don't Buy From Here 9/9/2009

After wanting white wicker for sometime we searched and found what we liked here even though staff was not helpful or well nice. After two years of enjoying our pricey furniture at the lake this year a squirrel has eaten the wrappings that are are on the chairs, table,ottoman and sofa. We brought in picture of the damaged set and even brought in the ottoman. One women was nice and said she had never seen that before and would call us back. After about a month my husband called back to see what we could do and the ANGRY man called my husband crazy and a **** DON'T BUY!! Cons: Owner IS verbally abusive more

I went to the store know they carried Tropitone brand patio furniture. I was looking to replace a table top for may set. I found the display and the owner approached. I asked about buying a table top and he said he would have to order it. Once he learned I had not bought the patio set from him he became angry and verbally abusive. Including calling me foul names and ordering from his store. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Cons: Owner is angry and verbally abusive more

Beware of their Return Policy-- 11/22/2007

The return policy is so ridiculous they might as well not have one. You must return purchase within 24 hours -in other words-the very NEXT DAY AND-that's-- and, AND you will have to pay a whopping 30% restock fee! more

Best spot for Patio Furniture 9/24/2006

Very knowledgable staff, helpful, not pushy--They have a great looking selection of NICE patio furniture and wicker. More outdoor wicker than anywhere else I've looked, and I could customize my choices. Timely delivery...Good quality products. Another lady shopping while I was there had her Inside-Out furniture for 15 years! It was a pleasant buying experience, and I would recommend them to my friends.
