The guy that runs the place is a COMPLETE JERK! It took 4 MONTHS to get our furniture delivered and he wouldn't tell us where it was in the process or when it was going to be in, wouldn't contact the warehouse, or look in the computer when we called every week after the 6-8 weeks it was SUPPOSED to be delivered. He was so rude on the phone that I wanted to cancel our $3000 purchase. When we were first trying to make a decision on whether the furniture would look good in our house, I took a picture of the colors to make sure. The owner came running over there and said NO PICTURES! It's over priced and the customer service is ... well there IS none. Just found out there is a 24 hour return policy AND a 30% restock fee!! Unbelievable. After 15 WEEKS we are finally getting our furniture today that we purchased in October. The owner must not care much at all about his business. I wouldn't recommend this place to a pit bull. I wish the rating had NEGATIVE stars. It would be a negative 5.
