Awesome!! 1/6/2012

I was given a gift card for a massage for my birthday 2 years ago. I waited to enjoy the massage until I completed cancer treatment this past November. I kept the gift card on my bureau and would look at it when I felt so awful from treatment--it gave me something to look forward to and my massage this week was such a fantastic experience! Rachel was wonderful! I've booked 2 more appointments!!!! I'm actually sorry I waited... :) more

Fantastic Visit As Always 1/5/2012

My visit was for both hair and a spa treatment. From the moment that I was greeted upon arrival to my departure, each person with whom I was in contact was pleasant, efficient and professional. I am more than satisfied with both the quality of services I receive and the level of excellence in customer service. more

Facial and Atmosphere 1/5/2012

I've got to say after my facial with Lauren my face looked and felt wonderful. The only thing that could have made it better is if a 15 min. neck and shoulder massage could have been included at the end. Also, the atmosphere in the place along with Lauren's calming attentiveness relieved quite a bit of the stress from my overall being. more

Marcia is amazing! 1/2/2012

I've been coming to Innovations for 3-4 years now (thanks to my husband for finding it and purchasing a gift certificate!). I am now coming consistently once a month for massages with Marcia and I can't live without them!!! Marcia works miracles and is such a wonderful person....LOVE her! more

Innovations is by far the best spa. Hands down. 1/2/2012

I have only high regards for the professionalism and great personal treatment that I have received at Innovations over many years. Jen B makes me feel comfortable while waxing, Marcia is friendly and does massage that goes beyond relaxation into healing. Pedicure and manicure at Innovations are better than anywhere and last well over time. The front desk ladies always remember my name. It's like going to "Cheers"! more

Top Notch as Always! 12/31/2011

1st time in Salon. Mix up w/appt. but gave us Artist Michelle instead of a stylist at same rate. Then I learned Michelle wasn't even on the clock yet! I was so grateful for her knowledge of what to do for my daughter's hair. My daughter LOVED what she did and now Michelle has a new client. Was so helpful and honest, which I truly appreciate. more

Massage by Marcia 12/30/2011

I had a 2 hour massage and when I left I felt the best I had felt all year. This is my one luxury every year and Marcia is the best at what she does. She takes the time needed to work the muscle so all the tightness goes away. more

Pleasant but need more help 12/26/2011

The desk staff is always nice but frequently I have to wait, either in line or long hold times on the phone. Also when I get my hair cut and colored, the stylist always has another customer, so again, I end up waiting. I hope things improve or likely, we will find another salon. more

Hair Coloring/Styling 12/23/2011

I always look forward to my hair appointments at Innovations. From the moment you walk in the door, they make you feel welcome. I love that they remember who I am before I say my name. Then they offer to take your coat and offer you something to drink. I always make my appointments with Emily because I just love her. Not only does she do an awesome job but she shares herself with her clients. She is warm, sweet and a pleasure to work with. The people that wash/rinse your hair are always professional and nice and the head message is like heaven. I would highly recommend this experience to everyone! more

Marcia Rumore is an amazing massage therapist 12/22/2011

I have been coming to Innovations for years and years. I don't like to waited on, so I get my own robe and slippers and my own neckwrap. But what keeps me coming back is Marcia Rumore. She is a gifted massage therapist. No massage with her is like any other massage she's ever given before. She is creative, attentive, thorough, and she gives the best scalp massage in the business. more
