Another wonderful experience at Innovations. I relaxed with tea and then Rachael relaxed me even more with an absolutely wonderful massage. I am looking forward to doing it again soon. I had recently booked a spa day to receive a mani, facial, and massage. I have always chosen Innovations for my treatments because I have always had such a wonderful experience. The place is gorgeous and has a wonderful energy about it. I love the mani and thought Kathy was great! The facial was by far one of the best I have ever had, Lauren did an amazing job! The massage was a disappointment. I recently received my massage license (hence the spa day as my reward) and though Rachel was extremely nice and checked in often, I found that the massage was not relaxing and that at times the pressure was too deep. Again, a very nice person but may need to work on her technique a bit. I was looking forward to the massage most of all but was very disappointed after and couldn't wait to get off the table and get into my car. I will certainly rave about the other services and be booking at Innovations again! more
