I've been to Innovations several times and I brought my mother there once as a present. I've only been to Innovations so many times because my job kept giving me gift certificates around the holidays, so I usually would use them on hair services at Innovations. The first time I went, I was greeted by snobby cashiers - which seems to be a growing trend at most salons these days, unfortunately. The girl that cut my hair was fresh out of school and my hair sucked when she was finished. I left crying. The second time I went, again armed with another gift certificate or I wouldn't have returned, I was greeted with the snobby cashiers again and had to wait 25 minutes for my stylist. She did my hair, and it looked nice, but after I washed it and looked at the cut, I was shocked at how uneven and bad the cut was overall. My friend, who is a master stylist, had to slap me on the hand and make me vow to not return to Innovations. Now, when my job gives me gift certificates to Innovations, I'll try their day spa side because I'm not too pleased with their salon at all.
