Review content:
If the snob (Jackie) who answered the phone was not enough for me to not return, it was making an appointment for a pedicure, arriving 10 mins early, not to be greeted by the 3 women standing at the front desk trashing a client. Then waiting int he area RIGHT IN FRONT of the front desk where I still had yet to be greeted , finally I said "Hi, I am here for a 1:00 pedicure" The woman simply looked at me and nodded for me to sit back down. I walked right out the door- Terrible, Worst experience ever, I try to pawn off all the GC's i get there now. It's supposed to be a small privately owned business, maybe the management should think of rehiring some new front of the house staff and people would be more warm welcomed when they're spending a few hundred dollars on hair/spa experiences.
