I have been coming to Inner Spa for a few years and enjoy the atmosphere and my therapists tremendously. The atmosphere is pleasant, clean, with relaxing music and super friendly staff. Doreen is a totally awesome individual with such + energy whenever I get a massage or reflexology. It is amazing how I feel the toxins release!! Strange to say, but true, I love getting colonics, especially with Lydia, She makes me feel so calm and relaxed that my session is over before it began. She always helps me with my digestion concerns and is very knowledgible and professional. I try to detoxify monthly, but sometimes it is longer. I look forward to getting my colonics! I've had a relaxing, wonderful facial with Michelle, she also has a great calming personality. The spa has great parking and is close to I-95 ! more

I finally decided to start this year right. I just came here for their ""Day of Detox"", and it wasn't a bad deal at all for all the services you get. It started with this really cool mud bath. They use special ingredients they get from the Czech republic that was a great detox & very relaxing (awesome private jet tub-sweet!). I felt like jello afterward. It included a killer massage and reflexology combo-good therapist-great touch & no talking-just how I like it. Then did a Detox Foot Spa. Ewww-did I have some dark colors of toxins coming out of me! But I felt energized from it afterward. Fianlly, I ended with something I am so glad I did that I've been putting off for a while - colon hydrotherapy. It was a much better experience than I expected. It didn't hurt and my stomach was so flat afterward and I felt clean,renewed & energized. I could not believe how great I felt. The therapist also made me feel very comfortable doing the process whhich is so important. Since the place is nurse owned and they are all certified and nurses - I'm sure that helped a lot. I am going to do more of the colonics to further detox and try some other stuff when I come back. It was a bit of a drive for me - but well worth it. What a great experience. It really helped set the stage for me to renew some good old habits and start some new ones. The place is very clean, the people here know what their doing and they are Nice! It is also very tranquil here. I almost fell asleep in the waiting room before I even started. Glad I found this. Feeling Fine in 2009! Pros: Talented & Professional Staff-very comfortable to deal with; Clean & Relaxing Atmosphere; Unique Services; Easy to get to/accessible; Cons: A little far for me-but well worth the drive and it was an easy 5 minutes from I-95. more

I enjoyed my experience at Inner Spa so much. I've had four colonics with them two different hydrotherapists, both very qualified in May, as well as a facial with Myrna. I'll be back at Inner Spa at the end of the summer for maintenance colonic treatments. Pros: Great Ambience, Ample Parking, Friendly Staff, Quality Products Cons: Not being able to afford the larger packages----but that's my prob :) more

I came to Inner Spa back in February for my first colonic.The experience was very positive, beginning with the very pleasant and attractive receptionist who had a lovely smile when I entered. The paper work was a bit involved, but needed to be filled out to explain my 'problems'. The nurse was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining digestive and health concerns. She made the whole experience so pleasant and comfortable. I have recommended Inner Spa to many of my co-workers, friends and family. I returned to Inner Spa just a few days ago for my long awaited second colonic. I requested the same nurse and she reviewed some previous and some new information with me. The experience was great again! Pros: Warm, friendly, impeccable, quiet and relaxed environment. RN's administer colonics and are very pleasant and knowledgeable. more

I loved this place! It was a very comfortable & relaxing environment. I thoroughly enjoyed my organic facial and also finally got a colonic - something I've been wanting to do for a while. I'm not sure why I waited so long as the experience was very good and it was a very comfortable experience. I felt great afterwards! Totally rejuvenated. The staff was very professional and nice and made me feel very relaxed. They also had a wealth of helpful knowledge in regards to diet and cleansing. They have a lot of detoxification services and are a totally natural and organic spa - a really nice touch in my world. The facial was amazing. They use a skin care line that is all organic and the smell of the products was awesome. It added to the whole experience. The woman that worked wih me was very knowledgeable about skincare and happily answered my questions in an intelligent manner and made the experience incredibly relaxing for me. Her touch with the massage during the facial was amazing. My skin has been glowing all week! I looooved my experience here. I am going back for follow up colonics and plan on trying out some of their other spa services too. I loved Inner Spa - great staff, great environment, great service! My body - and soul - thanked me for going there.
