I have been coming to Inner Spa for a few years and enjoy the atmosphere and my therapists tremendously. The atmosphere is pleasant, clean, with relaxing music and super friendly staff. Doreen is a totally awesome individual with such + energy whenever I get a massage or reflexology. It is amazing how I feel the toxins release!! Strange to say, but true, I love getting colonics, especially with Lydia, She makes me feel so calm and relaxed that my session is over before it began. She always helps me with my digestion concerns and is very knowledgible and professional. I try to detoxify monthly, but sometimes it is longer. I look forward to getting my colonics! I've had a relaxing, wonderful facial with Michelle, she also has a great calming personality. The spa has great parking and is close to I-95 !
