Everything went really well in my experience with Inland Empire Carpet Repair. My little fur children had done quite a number on my carpets and so I gave these guys a call to see...

Worst

Maybe try to get a free estimate from someone first. We would've appreciated a free estimate first. Ended up spending three times more what we expected to.

Inland Empire Carpet Repair was a little expensive, but they did a nice job for us with good value. Their service is worth it. Before we sold our old house, there was an area upstairs where our maids used a heavy vacuum. Over time, it formed a stretched out wave form. We did not realized this until the building inspection said someone can trip on it and make it worse. The damage was in a busy part of the house, which was a t-intersection between the back wall and a bedroom. After Empire Carpet Repair stretched out and fixed that spot, it was like the damage never happened. The staff was also very kind and they made it a very happy experience. more

Professional work, great price. 10/15/2014

Don saved my carpet. I was thinking about replacing it since It had a number of raised areas and bumps. They moved the furniture, and proceeded to stretch out all the lumps. After cleaning the carpet it looked fantastic. I saved a lot of money by not replacing the carpet. The price was great, and results even greater. I'd highly recommend them to friends and family. I'll certainly use them in the future. more

Overall great experience 9/30/2014

They were available on short notice after normal hours (9-5) and the job they did was great. They were able to spot in a patch where our dog had scratched a hole and it is so good you can't even tell. more

Satisfied customer, old carpet 9/8/2014

Our carpet was in bad need of repair, the carpet is 13 years old and we wondered if it was even possible that it could be repaired, our dog chewed the edges around all the entryway where the carpet meets the flooring when she was a puppy. We checked out a few places on the internet and one of them told us that it wasn't worth the trouble to save the carpet and try to sell as new carpet, when we did a web search for best carpet repair in the inland empire, Inland Empire carpet repair was at the top of the list. After reading all the reviews we decided to give them a call, the owners wife Jennifer was polite and very knowledgeable. She had me take pictures of the damaged areas and sent me a quote immediately.. When owner Don arrived to do the job the areas were worse than the pictures showed but he worked with us and charged little of nothing compared to the extra work that it entailed. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of carpet repair before you think of replacing your carpet or getting new flooring check with Inland Empire carpet repair and save yourself a lot of money. more

Carpet repaired 9/6/2014

We had 2 places that were bad on the carpet. One was frayed pretty bad and Don was able to stretch the carpet and make it look so perfect. It looked like nothing was ever wrong with it and another place that came up by the door. I was very happy with his work and he was very professional and curtious too.
