Everything went really well in my experience with Inland Empire Carpet Repair. My little fur children had done quite a number on my carpets and so I gave these guys a call to see...

Worst

Maybe try to get a free estimate from someone first. We would've appreciated a free estimate first. Ended up spending three times more what we expected to.

Cat got to my carpet...twice :( 8/30/2013

My cat is cute & lovable, but he looooves scratching my carpet up! I thought after the first repair from IECR I would be good to go but he did it again! Don came out & fixed it and it looks amazing! They are super friendly, will answer questions and overall the work is excellent :) more

Don called like he said he would.....was on time....did a beautiful job repairing my carpet, cleaned up after himself, price was good, very courteous, what more could you ask for! Excellent repair job, will call him again if I need my carpets worked on! more

Don was friendly and polite, seemed to really know his business, I also liked that he brought his sons and was teaching them the business. It meant a lot to me to know his business is family oriented and run. they finished the job in the amount of time he said that it would take, the repair itself would not be noticed at all if not for the old stuff being more faded than the patch, we will definitely be using this company again, as we will be replacing in the spring, I would highly recommend this outfit, for any repair or replacement! more

Terrific Service! 8/20/2013

Don and his sons completed a very difficult job in re-stretching the carpet in our large great room. With no parallel walls and over 35' in length, they were able to make it look like they were never there! Very professional, courteous, attentive to every detail. more

Mr. Splitt firstly impressed my wife and me by providing a timely response to our initial contact. Thenceforth, he was true to the scheduled, appointed time, with a courtesy call prior, to confirm. Good stuff in my book. He possesses very good trade-specific knowledge and skill-set. Walked me thru EVERY step of his process from initial survey of the job site, formulating a job strategy, execution of same, and concluding with a very thorough walk-thru. Good stuff in my book. Oh, his people skills exceeded my expectations, fer sher. Contact him when you have a need. He will give you his best. more

Top quality work for a really reasonable price! Don and his installers are pros. He selected great carpet, showed me some samples and they did a beautiful installation job in just one day. All the stress was taken off of me, he coordinated everything. Trust me, this company is like striking gold! more

I hardly ever write reviews but in this case I need to lmake everyone who reads this aware of the great experience we had with Inland Empire Carpet repair. Don was on time, prepared and best of all did an excellent job. We needed 2 areas repaired from a previous owners dog and a wrinkle taken out. Don made the areas look as good as new. We are very happy with the repairs and the price, which was what was quoted over the phone. I don't think you could find a more professional and conscientious business. Thank you. more

I had a section of carpert moved from one room to another that involved 4 seams that were done flawlessly. Also had three rooms stretched that turned out beautifully. Got there on time, got right to work and finished ahead of schedule. more

Excellent experience 6/4/2013

I contacted Don because we were in need of having our carpet re-placed after making repairs to leaking pipes. Don responded to our request immediately. He was courteous and the price was comparable if not better than the previous businesses we contacted. Our carpet is Berber, so it is not easy to work with. But the service provided met all of our expectations. We would definitely use Inland Empire Carper Repair again and would recommend it. more
