After being told by a handyman that my ripped berber carpet could not be repaired, and that I would probably would have to have the whole thing replaced, I searched the internet and saw Inland Empire Carpet Repairs's ad. Gave them a call and got a next day appointment and in about an hour, was beaming with joy.
