Everything went really well in my experience with Inland Empire Carpet Repair. My little fur children had done quite a number on my carpets and so I gave these guys a call to see...

Worst

Maybe try to get a free estimate from someone first. We would've appreciated a free estimate first. Ended up spending three times more what we expected to.

Excellent service and price 1/27/2012

I had a bad spot where my dog tried to "dig" out of a room and it looks great now! Prompt service and a really good price for the repair. The cleaning company they recommended was also a great added bonus and did a wonderful job as well!! more

Excelent job 1/21/2012

I had my carpet damaged by bleach. Don came in to fix it. I am very satisfied with the result. I recommend Don for any carpet repair jobs. more

Dog chewed through the carpet 1/20/2012

I found don on google , i called hm up and he gave me a great prce on the damage i had with my carpet, He was able to come out and fix it right away. the carpet looks great now and his service was such a great help. i would recommend him to any of my friends, thanks again don. more

Dog chewed up carpet 1/10/2012

I found Don on Google, I spoke with him on the phone and he was very professional and didn't haggle me, I texted him the pictures and he gave me a good price. The repair looks good and you can barley tell it was repaired. I would recommend Don to anyone. Thanks again Don and good luck in the future. more

Carpet burn Repair. Amazing job. 1/9/2012

I called Don last night to come repair the carpet because of burns. Don came right at the schedule time and was very friendly. The repair he did for my carpet came out amazing. I told my roommate to come downstairs to see if he could find where Don made the repair,my roommate could not tell the difference. I would recommend calling Don for any of your carpet problems. more

Great Experience 1/7/2012

Don came out and replaced some padding and retack some carpet. He showed up on time and was completed the work in the time he said. Provided great service and gave me options on how I wanted the work completed. The finished product was as good if not better than the original and all came in at the price he quoted. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of any carpet repair, you will not be disappointed. He is excellent with communicating back to if you have any questions before he come out. Great job Don! more

I thought I was going to have to replace all the carpet to fix the problems that my dogs had created. As I was looking for carpet people, I ran across Don the carpet repair man. He was very friendly & curtious & punctual. The job turned out better than I could have expected, & he saved me thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend Don for you carpet needs. more

Quick response and Great Service 1/4/2012

I found your website when I was looking for carpet repair after our puppy chewed a big hole in our carpet. You answered the call right away, and then made the appt for the next morning. I was impressed by the work which was a unique situation of cutting the carpet and then securing it to a saltillo tile floor without ruining the tile. It was a great the way I was given options and was able to decide and turned out awesome. I will definitely refer Inland Empire Carpet Repair to my friends and neighbors. more
