Everything went really well in my experience with Inland Empire Carpet Repair. My little fur children had done quite a number on my carpets and so I gave these guys a call to see...

Worst

Maybe try to get a free estimate from someone first. We would've appreciated a free estimate first. Ended up spending three times more what we expected to.

I had three burn spots from hookah. They supplied the carpet and repaired the burn spots. more

Carpet Repair 5/5/2012

Don is amazing. My puppy chewed threw our carpet (of course it was in the center of the room) and I thought I would have to replace the whole room, but Don was able to make the carpet look amazing!! The carpet looks as if it were still one piece. I definitely recommend his services to anyone needing carpet repair. Don is my Hero! more

Highly Competent, Professional, Courteous & Timely 5/2/2012

Wow! Our carpet was not stretched properly when laid years back. We have lots of heavy furniture throughout the home and were NOT in the mood to empty rooms to re-stretch any of it. On top of all the developing bulges throughout the hallways, three bedrooms, bath and walk-in closet, we had a bad stain and discoloration of the carpet in the master bath. At first we were skeptical that anything could be done short of re-carpeting the entire home---out of the question for the foreseeable future. Due to the strategic location of the imperfections, and with my wife and me adjusting a few items in the rooms, he was able to remove all the bulges. Additionally, he took a 12 year piece of carpet from one of our smaller closets to repair the discolored section of the master bath. Its like we have a brand new carpet throughout the home. Wow and wow again! I am happy, and most importantly, my wife is ecstatic! We highly recommend Dons work to anyone. Many thanks for a job well done. more

Carpet needed stretching 3/24/2012

Don came out and did a FANTASTIC job of stretching my carpet. He explained exactly what he was doing as he was stretching the carpet and even gave us recommendations on how to get rid of furniture indentations. He gave us a discount because we had him stretch the whole house. I would highly recommend him. He is very professional and very personable. EXCELLENT JOB! more

Would recommend to anyone 3/21/2012

I called this company after I was stood up then received an outrageous estimate from another company. The other company told me they'd be there between 8 and 11. I E carpet repair told me he could be at my apartment in 15 minutes. Not only was he fast but he did an awesome job. You can't even tell where. Y dog damaged the carpet. He was also very friendly patient with my 7 year olds numerous questions. He charged half the Price the other company quoted but did not sacrafice quality. Not that I wish tHat I ever wish to repair carpet again but this was a pleasant experience . more

Needed a quick fix 3/20/2012

they came an hour after I called them to repair a hole in my carpet I wanted to get fixed before the cleaning company showed up Don was very considerate and had the hole fixed in about 10 min. And did a really good job would definitely use him again thank you. more

Great work! 3/3/2012

Called Inland Emipre Crpet repairs on the weekend and these guys were at our home in 30 minutes. Supper friendly, upfront, and not trying to work you over because your needing last minute repaires. I would recommend these guys 100 percent! Great work, fast service, and great pricing. Don't look for anyone else these guys do it all! more

EXCELLENT REPAIR WORK! 2/15/2012

My dog tore up several areas of the carpet, and Don was able to repair all the spots like nothing ever happened! Even my dog was impressed when she checked it out! But seriously, Don is super nice, very professional, and fixes all your carpet problems without any problems. I highly recommend him and look forward to do business with him again in the future (well, carpet cleaning this time!). Thanks, Don, I appreciate all your hard work! more

Great job for a Great Price! 2/9/2012

I had 3 areas of pet damaged carpet and Don came and fixed all 3 areas for a great price and did a great job. I called 2 other company before Don one company was very up and down about a price the other company did not really understand what I was explaining as far as the damaged areas. As soon as I got on the phone with Don he knew exactly what I was talking about, ask what type of carpet it was so I knew he knew what he was doing. Thanks again for the great work! more

Don told me what he would do and what the product would look like after he was finished. He was right on point my carpet was a hot mess. I thought I would have to replace it but with Don's excellent workmanship the carpet came out perfect. He should have taken before and after photos. I couldn't believe it. more
