Our pellet stove stopped working mid October it is now mid January. They came and replaced a part the next day it quit again 2 weeks later they sent someone else who replaced it again. Again it stopped so they told us all the parts were bad and they would order a new batch. After 6 weeks we finally called back to see what's going on. Now they say they need to see it again. Frank comes out now everything is fine. Except it still doesn't work. Now he says it needs to be cleaned again. They stole our money essentially. They've wasted 3 months while we have no heat in our basement. No I guess we will start over with someone new. Don't waste your time or money with this company. more

Great Selection & Service 3/20/2011

We were shopping for a wood/pellet stove. We wanted to buy locally and decided to visit Inglenook Energy to see what they had to offer. We were most pleasantly surprised by the selection of stoves plus the fact that so many of the displays models are working systems and you can see them in operation. We found the staff to be quite friendly and extremely knowledgeable on their products. They did not come across as high pressure and when the deal was done, we were within our budget with a stove that fit our needs. We definitely will be back and are letting our friends know about our experience. more

Bad Customer Service 11/10/2010

I called on Monday asking if they had a specific part for my pellet stove. The lady I talked to was nice and looked up the part on the computer and checked to make sure they had the part in. They had 12 according to her and she quoted me a price of $20.\r \r The next day, my wife travels into Conifer to pick up the part. She asks the lady behind the counter for the part. They lady tells her that they don't have the part and starts talking down to her like she's a second class citizen. It was as if it was too big an inconvience to do her job and help my wife.\r \r About 1/2 the time I go in that store I'm treated like a moron. They huff and puff about doing their jobs. I will not be returning again!!\r \r FYI, I found the part for 1/2 the price while traveling for work in Boulder. more
