Review content:
Our pellet stove stopped working mid October it is now mid January. They came and replaced a part the next day it quit again 2 weeks later they sent someone else who replaced it again. Again it stopped so they told us all the parts were bad and they would order a new batch. After 6 weeks we finally called back to see what's going on. Now they say they need to see it again. Frank comes out now everything is fine. Except it still doesn't work. Now he says it needs to be cleaned again. They stole our money essentially. They've wasted 3 months while we have no heat in our basement. No I guess we will start over with someone new. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
