After my son had a wreck during bad weather, our family was left with the dilema of what to do to get him a new vehicle so he would have a way to school and basketball practice. I came across Hare Chevrolet in Noblesville, IN via the internet. I did an online application and within just a few hours was contacted by the dealership. I was put into contact with Mark Martinez to see if he could turn a bad situation into a good one. Knowing my credit was below poor, Mark went to work. WE also found out Safe Auto was not going to cover the totalled truck which left us with a bigger problem. Mark Martinez with his wonderful professionalism, wonderful customer service, dedication, and determination to me and my family he took a ad situation and turned it into a experience not to be forgotten. My son is now a driver of a 2010 Cobalt and with the rebates Mark was able to get the totalled truck paid off so no more worries. Never in my wildest dreams with everyone else telling me no that without a co-signor I would not be able to purchase a vehicle leaving us as a one car family and in a huge bind. Hence, with Mark's dedication and determination we are the new owners of a 2010 vehicle. His customer service did not stop at signing the contract. On the way home in a snow storm we was notified by a passing vehicle we had no tail lights. Knowing it was under warranty that wasnt an issue getting home was. Mark kept in constant contact with us until we got home safely and kept in contact the next day to insure the car got fixed. Last week we had an unexpected mishap during one of the snow days. One of our vehicles was totalled after hitting black ice when my son was on the way to school. Even though the accident was not his fault and we are so glad he is okay, we was put in a very tough situation on what we was going to do so my son would have vehicle to get back and forth to school.
