My family and i have not had the greatest credit or the biggest down payment and because we met one individual such as Mark Martinez we was able to drive off in our 2003 Saturn ion and we had the best experience that anyone can experience at a car lot with Mark Martinez on your side anything he does he does with great professionalism and from this experience i can honestly say that i won't buy a car from anyone except for Mark Martinez. I have only been a customer with this company for a few months now and I am VERY displeased with them. They are VERY RUDE and not very understanding nor compationate at all. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY NOR HARE CHEVORLET TO ANYONE THAT I KNOW. Also, I have one of your automobiles that I had to take to Georgia for a family emergency. In the process of coming to Georgia, I lost my job and I am 4 weeks behing on my car payment. I am enlisting into the National Guard. I will be leaving for basic training in 2 months. I am asking that either you be patient and wait til I get my first check from basic and I will get my payments caught up or I ask that you come pick up the car. I am unable to drive it back to Indiana for a few reasons. 1. I am not working right now so I have no money to get there nor to get back to finish enlisting into national guard. 2. the car needs 2 quarts of oil, at least, which I cannot afford to pay for with no money coming in. I will get paid during basic every 2 wks. I will also get a $10,000 sign-on bonus that will go into my bank account 2-3 days after i graduate from basic. I am not trying to steal the car. Your comany knows where it is and I have no problem with it being repoed. I will even agree to pay your company back for the repo expenses. I just do not want to get charged with trying to steal a car that i am not trying to steal. If I had the money for gas to get back to indina to bring the car back to you I would bring it back to you tomorrow but I don't. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Dawn A. Belcher more

My daughter had been in need of a car for a while. She just started college and I was worried about the reliability of her old car. I had gone through a nasty divorce which left my credit less than desirable. I didn't think I would be able to co-sign or even get a loan for a car. Mark is a miracle worker! My daughter is very picky and he was able to show her cars in our price range based on what she told him. She fell in love with the car and we drove it home that day.
