Last week we had an unexpected mishap during one of the snow days. One of our vehicles was totalled after hitting black ice when my son was on the way to school. Even though the accident was not his fault and we are so glad he is okay, we was put in a very tough situation on what we was going to do so my son would have vehicle to get back and forth to school. I came across Hare Chevrolet online. The application process went very quickly and I was put in touch with Mark Martinez within a few hours. Mark was very professional and pleasant to work with. Since we live 2.5 hours away from Noblesville he made the transition into a new vehicle go smoothly. With not so good credit never dreamed we would be able to put my son in a new reliable car. Mark Martinez got the job done. We are now the owners of a 2010 Cobalt with all the whistles. Thank you Mark, Indy Auto Finance, and Hare Chevrolet for coming to our rescue and making our experience a superb. WE will not hesitate to share our wonderful car buying experience and referring any one to Hare Chevrolet partnering with Indy Auto Finance. Again thank you Mark Martinez for bieng so good to us and treating us like family and how you would want to be treated. Great job. Definitely a 5 star experience. He even was kind enough to step in when the car had some tail light issues on the 2.5 drive home. Made sure we made it home and the tail lights was fixed the next day. We was in constant contact until all was completed and taken care of.
