Indoor Climate System

My Mother called to get her A/C system replaced, created a contract with the owner of the company. The plan was to have the job finished BEFORE summer began....(early spring)... Well...The workers finally came to start the job ON THE HOTTEST WEEK OF SUMMER!! Her A/C system was down for over a week, temperatures reached well over 100 degrees. (exactly what she was trying to avoid by setting it up for the spring)... To make matters worse, not only did the job take over a week, when we were told just a few days, BUT, after the job was complete we had issues with electrical in the house, not related to the A/C!!! AND THE JOB FAILED INSPECTION!!! The owner of the company RARELY ANSWERED THE PHONE AND IT TOOK THEM ABOUT A MONTH TO FINALLY COME AND FIX THE FAILED INSPECTION AND THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM!!! THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH! OWNER DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. NO ONE ANSWERS THE MAIN BUSINESS LINE EVER! THEY NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS. THEY BROKE THE CONTRACT TERMS SEVERAL TIMES OVER. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! F----- more

Before Dan Sr. began the job of installing a new compressor in my central air unit, he explained that I would have a 3mo. warranty on parts and 12 mo. warranty on labor. After the job was completed and paid for, I asked the workers for copies of the warranties. They didn't have them, but said to call Dan Sr. I called Dan and spoke to him on three separate occasions over the next month. Each time he promised to send the warranties. The fourth call and any subsequent calls to his cell phone or the company phone have gone unanswered. No return call, no warranties. That's no way to do business. more

My furnace broke down, and the temperature outside was about 40 degrees. I called Dan late in the evening, and he came to my house straight from the diner with his family in the restaurant.
