Review content:
My Mother called to get her A/C system replaced, created a contract with the owner of the company. The plan was to have the job finished BEFORE summer began....(early spring)...
Well...The workers finally came to start the job ON THE HOTTEST WEEK OF SUMMER!! Her A/C system was down for over a week, temperatures reached well over 100 degrees. (exactly what she was trying to avoid by setting it up for the spring)...
To make matters worse, not only did the job take over a week, when we were told just a few days, BUT, after the job was complete we had issues with electrical in the house, not related to the A/C!!!
AND THE JOB FAILED INSPECTION!!!
The owner of the company RARELY ANSWERED THE PHONE AND IT TOOK THEM ABOUT A MONTH TO FINALLY COME AND FIX THE FAILED INSPECTION AND THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM!!!
THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH!
OWNER DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE.
NO ONE ANSWERS THE MAIN BUSINESS LINE EVER!
THEY NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS.
THEY BROKE THE CONTRACT TERMS SEVERAL TIMES OVER.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
