Before Dan Sr. began the job of installing a new compressor in my central air unit, he explained that I would have a 3mo. warranty on parts and 12 mo. warranty on labor. After the job was completed and paid for, I asked the workers for copies of the warranties. They didn't have them, but said to call Dan Sr. I called Dan and spoke to him on three separate occasions over the next month. Each time he promised to send the warranties. The fourth call and any subsequent calls to his cell phone or the company phone have gone unanswered. No return call, no warranties. That's no way to do business.
