Everyone was very nice and the treatments were fabulous!

Worst

my recent massage was not what I hoped it would be. I asked for deep tissue and really didn't get deep tissue. I am not sure I want the same massage therapist next time.

FABULOUS visit once 3 again!! 12/8/2011

Once again, my expectations were exceeded! I felt welcomed the moment I walked thru the door! I was truly treated like a special guest and treated to a yummy wine smoothie (Dee-lish!) I felt pampered the entire visit! Lindsay came up with an awesome new hair color for me and I LOVE it! (I am recieving a bevy of compliments!!) This place rocks!! more

Experience 12/4/2011

I believe that Indigo Salon and Day Spa is an excellent Salon and Spa. I did notice that when I was there that I was never really greeted, many people I saw where greeted with a "Hi there are you checking in? Can I get you anything to drink?" I did not feel that warm welcoming feeling that I was expecting after hearing such wonderful things about Indigo. I Feel that some of the prices are a little over my budget and I feel that I can't go there to get a cut and color like I wish, but only do certain spa services that are reasonable. more

I love that at the end of a busy day, I can come in and relax and be pampered. Some of the staff even even treat me like a new friend. Would highly recommend! more

Great Place to relax 12/2/2011

I was given a gift card for multiple services for my birthday to Indigo. I had a massage, facial,and a mani/pedi. I was greeted at door and offered a coffee, tea or water. I was then escorted to the spa area where they have a peaceful waiting area until your service begins. I was already impressed with the people that worked there, they were all very pleasant and not pretentious like some salon/spas I have been to. I felt so comfortable being there,and the environment immediately relaxed me. I had a wonderful experience here, and I will definitely be back. When I was checking out at the desk,the receptionist gave me coupon book, and said they have a reward program where you can benefit by being a repeat customer not only for first time clients like all other salons I have been to. I tell you, I was thrilled to have such a great day on my 40th birthday. Thank you!!!! more

Shocked by the bill!! 11/28/2011

I thought the place was very nice and the staff also very freindly! My hair stylist was Lyndsay. Lyndsay was very nice and knowledgable. I like my color, cut and highlight but the price really shocked me. I got a root touch, couple highlights, toner and a cut and style. I have been to many salons, many!! this was the most expensive for the service i received. I got a total color, all over highlight, toner, cut and style at other places and did not nearly pay the amount i paid here. Thinking i will not return, im still in shock over the price and everyone i discuss this with is also in shock. I work with alot of women who get their hair done in a variety of areas and places and all were shocked by the amount i was charged for the services i had! Ecspecially in this economy, maybe someone should analyze the charge of your services. more

Appt was wrong - service was great 11/27/2011

The person who took my appt made it wrong, typed it into computer as classic, should have been essential. Much to my surprise, I didn't realize this until I went to check out and the cost is almost $20 more. When I mentioned it to the cashier, she just looked at me, told me she would look up the person's name who made the appt (which doesn't make any difference to me) and then did nothing. The pedicure itself was excellent. more

This was by far the best spa experience I have ever had. I did the 3 services for $99 for me, and 2 of my sisters and they treated us like royality! I already have another appointment in December! and I am going to buy my boss a gift certificate for xmas! I would recommend to anyone! more

As a busy lawyer, I need to look good but don't have the time to take a break in the middle of the day. Indigo is close to my home in Cherry Hill Village, is open late and has the world's best stylist - Casey. Many congrats to Melissa and her crew for excellent service and a relaxing experience! more

My First Time... 11/17/2011

April did my massage just yesterday for my birthday, and for it to be my first time getting a massage... April will always be remembered when it is time for another one. This sounds kinda funny but... I think I love April, LOL. She's the best. Very Very Professional. Marti did my Mani & Pedi and she is very nice and hilarious. I will be visiting her from now on. She did things to my nails and pretty toes that have never been done before. I am in great hands now... The staff are all nice, respectful, they cater to your every need. It also smells really good in there!! more

First Time Visit 11/10/2011

I loved my facial with Patrice. I found her very informed and very very helpful in setting a daily routine I can use to improve my skin. I will return for a facial. I also had a pedicure. I found the items included (wax dip, hot towels, etc. very soothing. The technican (sorry can't remember her name) was knowledgeable and very meticulous. However, the entire experience of the pedicure was marred by the seating. The bench system in place provides no side support other than soft pillows for arms. I sat on the bench for probably an hour. I was extremely uncomfortable by the end. Also, the distance between the bench and the foot working area was too short. To have seating that does not accommodate long legs (or short) does not seem wise. I felt cramped during my pedicure. All personnel were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Thanks! I'll return for the facial and eyebrow wax but not the pedicure. more
