The person who took my appt made it wrong, typed it into computer as classic, should have been essential. Much to my surprise, I didn't realize this until I went to check out and the cost is almost $20 more. When I mentioned it to the cashier, she just looked at me, told me she would look up the person's name who made the appt (which doesn't make any difference to me) and then did nothing. The pedicure itself was excellent. more
