Everyone was very nice and the treatments were fabulous!

Worst

my recent massage was not what I hoped it would be. I asked for deep tissue and really didn't get deep tissue. I am not sure I want the same massage therapist next time.

Foot Detox and Pedicure 10/3/2011

It was my first time and the technician didn't even introduce herself. I had to ask her her name. I had the foot detox and pedicure. She didn't explain the detox, and my pedicure was fast...20 minutes. Not the luxury experience I expected from a high class salon. more

Very Professional, Friendly, Relaxed Spa Atmosphere 9/14/2011

I have been coming there since Casey arrived. She is the best. I have difficult hair and she gets it, both cut and color, perfect. Also love Marti and Season for mani/pedi. Overall experience is great every time. My son and daughter both go to Casey as well. Love Indigo!!! more

Good service, however increased price without warning 8/22/2011

I have been going monthly for the same service for about 8 months. I have been happy with the service and the salon itself. However, at my last visit the price was $5 more than I had been paying and $5 more than the listed price in their brochure, without warning. I was told the person may have achieved another level with charges more. I will not be back unless they credit back the money. I have been to another salon in the past and when the service was increasing I received a letter in advance. more

Wonderful massage! 8/22/2011

I had a 60 minute massage with Alex that was absolutely wonderful. She really worked the stress and tension out of my neck and shoulders while still making it a relaxing massage. I will definitely go back to her. I only gave 4 1/2 stars because a 90 minute massage would sure bump it to 5 stars.....maybe next time. Thanks Alex!! more

Wonderful, relaxing experience. Had a mani/pedi and the pedi was the best. Comfy pillows, shoulder massagers, wine slushies and a to-die-for pedi. Nice atmosphere, pleasant people. Never felt so pampered. more

Seasons did my pedicure and the massage of the feet felt so good! She did an excellent job and I will return to her for services! The "waiting room" while polish dried was very nice and relaxing. more

the greatest opportunity 8/15/2011

So, the hairstylist with whom I booked the appointment was late. She didn't know how late she was going to be since traffic was stopped on the highway. It's inconvenient, but what are you going to do? The woman at the front desk proactively found me another stylist (Rachel) who took excellent care of me and did a great job. It could have been a terrible experience, but instead, they handled the "crisis" well and I left a very satisfied client. more
