DO NOT USE INDIAN TRAIL ANIMAL HOSPITAL!\r \r I had the worst experience there! I brought my two kittens in last week. I called ahead of time to get all the pricing so I would be prepared for the bill. My credit card was over charged $84! I called for a refund and the manager said the staff member told him that she never told me that price. Unbelievable! \r \r When I arrived to pick up my two kittens I was told that there would be a delay due to the fact that they were performing euthanasia and there were no rooms available. Why would a staff member tell a client this?! \r \r When I arrived home and opened the carriers, I found one kitten had a very bloody paw so I spent the next hours cleaning blood from all over the carpet. more

After having bad experiences with two other vets in the area, I started bringing my pets to Indian Trail Animal Hospital and was very pleased with their service. I saw Dr. Wolf and she was wonderful with my pets, and would go through any test results with me and answer any questions. I moved too far away to take my animals there anymore and I will miss them, I only hope I can find a new vet office as good with friendly staff and knowledgeable veterinarians. more

I love ITAH and so does my dog!!!!\r \r Dr. Kaylor is the greatest veterinarian and a good man. He always calls back in a timely manner and has always answered all my crazy questions!\r HE IS THE BEST!\r \r The front office staff is so nice and they are always pleasant, even when it's not a pleasant situation. more

I have had numerous visits to the Indian Trail Animal Hospital with my 5 year old English Black Lab, Onyx. Dr. Robert Kaylor is our Vet and he is the most wonderful Vet I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is extremely professional and he takes the time to listen as well as explain exactly what is going on with Onyx. Whenever I call and have a question for Dr. Kaylor, I always get a call back directly from him the same day. Onyx has been to the Indian Trail Hospital for regular check-ups, vaccinations, and surgery. I would not trust anybody else with Onyx and I am 100% sure that I would not find a better person and medical professional then Dr. Kaylor. As that goes, the entire staff is extremely positive, helpful and knowledgeable about my needs as a pet owner. more

We took a stray kitten in to see how much they would charge to get her well. When they came back with the totals over 600.00 we couldn't take her. Dr. Rosen said we'll you wouldn't leave a lost child at a pediatrician! Rather than discount her fees so we could keep the kitten she rather the shelter come pick her up. Incomassionate and rude. DO NOT GO HERE EVER EVER....... more

We have been taking our pets to Indian trail animal hospital for 9 years now. The doctors are wonderful; we have seen Dr. Glenn, Dr. Kaylor and Dr. Rose.\r The care our animals have received is awesome, and the new facility is beautiful.\r The only complaint I have is the price of care!\r We have 2 dogs, to get heart worm medication for the year it is $300 (12 pk of revolution is $155). Our last visit for 1 dog with x-rays included was $246. We just know whenever we have to take them it is at least going to be $150. more

We took our pet to Indian Trail Animal Hospital and received very good care for her. The staff was very polite and helpful and seemed very concerned for our pet. You should try going here. more

I love Indian Trail Animal Hospital. We only saw them for regular check-ups for our cat Cali but they were very friendly and thorough. They sent out reminders of future appointments which included which shots she needed. The staff was very friendly as well. more

We have been seeing Dr. Glenn and staff at this vet clinic for 10 years. Dr. Glenn and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Our dogs have always received personal attention and caring. After 10 years, the high level of service has not dropped off at all. Indian Trail Animal Hospital is a dedicated staff of veterinarians and technicians. My dogs are in the best of hands! more
