I had the worst experience there! I brought my two kittens in last week. I called ahead of time to get all the pricing so I would be prepared for the bill. My credit card was over charged $84! I called for a refund and the manager said the staff member told him that she never told me that price. Unbelievable! \r

When I arrived to pick up my two kittens I was told that there would be a delay due to the fact that they were performing euthanasia and there were no rooms available. Why would a staff member tell a client this?! \r

When I arrived home and opened the carriers, I found one kitten had a very bloody paw so I spent the next hours cleaning blood from all over the carpet.
