I have had numerous visits to the Indian Trail Animal Hospital with my 5 year old English Black Lab, Onyx. Dr. Robert Kaylor is our Vet and he is the most wonderful Vet I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is extremely professional and he takes the time to listen as well as explain exactly what is going on with Onyx. Whenever I call and have a question for Dr. Kaylor, I always get a call back directly from him the same day. Onyx has been to the Indian Trail Hospital for regular check-ups, vaccinations, and surgery. I would not trust anybody else with Onyx and I am 100% sure that I would not find a better person and medical professional then Dr. Kaylor. As that goes, the entire staff is extremely positive, helpful and knowledgeable about my needs as a pet owner.
