I would definitely NOT recommend this as a nice place to live. The management here treats the homeowners and renters in a very rude and condesending manner. They run the park like a concentration camp, and run the lot and association fees up while restricting us and lying about it. I don't trust them and I feel trapped, as no one is able to sell thier home due to the increases. Again I would strongly NOT recommend moving here. more

The rent is rising and some of the management team has their own agenda, and has a superiority complex. The very people who make it possible for their livelihood are intimidated and talked down to. As I see it, banding together, if only to make a statement and show the resolve of those who are, for all the home owners and renters, enough is enough. Lies are what we hear now, you will price yourself out of the game, I wouldn't recommend anyone moving here. more

If you're looking for a beautiful and safe community to live, this is a good choice. My husband and I have lived here for about two years. Yes, they have rules, but most communities do, and it's to keep the place looking nice. If you want to live in a place where the owners actually care about the condition of their homes and yards, but you don't want to pay a ridiculous amount of money, it's a great place to live. They also have nice facilities like a pool and sports courts. If you like to take walks it is very pleasant and quiet. They also hold regular events and send out newsletters to the community. They do this so that other members of the community can get to know each other, and it's a lot of fun. I highly recommend this location. more

you can glamourize it all you want, but it is a trailer park. they have become too anal-retentive about things here recently. like towing peoples vehicles for the tags being out of date. each house has its own driveway so its not like someone cant just dump a vehicle. they seem to also enforce the ""rules"" on some people and not others. i have lived here for a number of years, and up untill this year i would have told you it was nice and quiet , the management were nice and easy to work with. well not any more.
