you can glamourize it all you want, but it is a trailer park. they have become too anal-retentive about things here recently. like towing peoples vehicles for the tags being out of date. each house has its own driveway so its not like someone cant just dump a vehicle. they seem to also enforce the ""rules"" on some people and not others. i have lived here for a number of years, and up untill this year i would have told you it was nice and quiet , the management were nice and easy to work with. well not any more.
Cons: too many, lot rent has gone up every year
