If you're looking for a beautiful and safe community to live, this is a good choice. My husband and I have lived here for about two years. Yes, they have rules, but most communities do, and it's to keep the place looking nice. If you want to live in a place where the owners actually care about the condition of their homes and yards, but you don't want to pay a ridiculous amount of money, it's a great place to live. They also have nice facilities like a pool and sports courts. If you like to take walks it is very pleasant and quiet. They also hold regular events and send out newsletters to the community. They do this so that other members of the community can get to know each other, and it's a lot of fun. I highly recommend this location.
