Terrible food!!! 4/29/2007

It is quite sad and clear that the two positive reviews below are written by the management themselves. Quite pathetic. Read the manner in which they are written and draw your own conclusions. Cons: Food and Service more

Higher end Indian Chinese with review from Seattle Weekly 4/24/2007

I was recommended to this restaurant recently and I have to thank my friends that recommended Inchin's. The food here compares to the higher end Chinese restaurant that are part of 5-star hotels in India. I believe the reason why they stay busy is because of the high quality cuisine. I have eaten at lunch with my office co-workers and they cater well for large groups too. Pros: Decor, food, friendly service more

Below avg food and bad service 4/21/2007

I've been here twice and the food both times has been avg or below avergae. The service is quite slow and the order gets mixed up all the time. I've eaten Indian chinese food in other cities like Chicago, NewYork and LA and so had high hopes with this place, only to be dissapointed. Not worth the money they charge. Stay away from here. Pros: A select few dishes, if done right (if you're lucky) Cons: Really bad service, below avg food and high prices more

Great Indian Chinese food 4/8/2007

I have eaten at Inchin's in Redmond many times now and simply love the food. They serve Indian Chinese food as it is at some of the higher end Chinese restaurants in India. I only just found out that this is a chain (6 or 7 locations in the US) and that explains the wonderful quality. I ate there a couple of days ago and really liked the new menu and especially the Cilantro Fish. Lunch specials during the weekdays appear limited but are filling and they now let us order from the main menu too. Pros: Food, Service, Ambience more

Average food and poor service 3/20/2007

Food at this restaurant is quite average. I have been here with several Indian colleagues 3 -4 times and I have been disappointed each time. I usually order the vegetarian entrees such as Vegetable coins in manchurian sauce or the paneer in some sauce but the dishes are badly prepared. The coins are generally undercooked and the sauces not too flavorful or tasty. The appetizers are no better. I am not sure if the management has tasted the food they serve as it tastes under-cooked most of the time. I am not sure about the non-vegetarian food as I have not tried it. I have only returned to this restaurant becasue it has pleasing ambience for lunch meetings. Pros: Ambience Cons: undercooked food and poor service more

Avoid steamed wonton 12/18/2006

We tried the restaurant last night ordering steamed wonton, coined vegetable, and double fried tofu. We were quite disappointed with the food quality. It seemed that they did not know how to steam food as the chicken inside the wonton was still totally raw. Both the coined vegetable and double fried tofu were quite spicy hot, but not tasty. They were lot of sauce but not much content. Pros: service and ambience Cons: food quality more

Fabulous Shrimp dishes 12/1/2006

I've eaten here 3 or 4 times and am highly impressed with the shrimp dishes! I keep saying that I'm going to try something else, but I just can't get past the perfectly done shrimp dishes...they are awesome! Great food and plenty of it! more

I don't like Chinese food but I like Inchin's! 11/30/2006

I am not big fan of Chinese food, but the fusion of Indian spices iton the Chinese cuisine at Inchin's makes for a knock out combination! I highly recommend getting started with the crispy chili potatoes as an appetizer. We had the crispy chicken chili honey and szechwan beef which were outstanding. Pros: Great combination of Indian and Chinese cuisines. Cons: They don't take reservation but if you get there by 6 you should have not trouble getting in. more

Small food portion 10/26/2006

The food they server in the restaurant is a fusion-type-Indian-style Chinese food. I ordered Hokka Noodle and my friend ordered Szchuan Beef. The noodle was well-flavored, but the beef was too big and hard to chew. I don't recommend this restaurant because the food portion (even for dinner) was just way too small for $10/entree. Imagine Szchuan Beef serve in a rice bowl, that is just not right. I can pay the same price for better quality and larger quantity of food in Chinatown. The only good thing about this restaurant is their atmosphere. Pros: Atmosphere Cons: Food portion is the smallest I've ever seen more
