Businiess name:  Inchin's Bamboo Garden

Review content:
I have eaten at Inchin's in Redmond many times now and simply love the food. They serve Indian Chinese food as it is at some of the higher end Chinese restaurants in India. I only just found out that this is a chain (6 or 7 locations in the US) and that explains the wonderful quality. I ate there a couple of days ago and really liked the new menu and especially the Cilantro Fish. Lunch specials during the weekdays appear limited but are filling and they now let us order from the main menu too. Pros: Food, Service, Ambience
