Best Burgers in the Town!

Worst

In-In-Out is just not what it used to be. The burgers have been downgraded to little patties, with no juice in it what so ever. The only thing that has remained decent are the fre...

Big issue here (Sunset Blvd. Location in Hollywood) is the aggressive panhandlers who badger you at your table as you try to eat,and won't take no (or just plain silence) for an answer. Staff does nothing until you yell at the one badgering you. Then you are the bad guy and asked to leave. Corporate Customer service fully supports this. I don't care how good the food is. I will not tolerate this sort of contempt. If I pay to eat there, they are supposed to keep aggressive panhandlers out. This is NOT public property. .They have the right to ask them to leave, but won't. They'd rather take it out on paying customers. more

Always a favorite when I visit Los Angeles 2/28/2011

In and out is so organized and clean, I can never get enough that it is a burger joint! We don't have this on the east coast! I love the freshness of the fries, not greasy or dry, the strawberry shake and the double double! more

If you've been to one, you know why they are so great. A simple menu and codes for things not on the menu, what could be better? Pros: Fresh and delicious more

Service isn?t ?in-n-out,? but food is worth the wait 6/26/2008

Almost everyone who lives in L.A. knows about In-N-Out. It?s practically an institution here in SoCal for the way it?s redefined fast food and actually made it a genuinely enjoyable eating experience. The sauce on their burgers is delicious, and the fries are made fresh, not frozen. The In-N-Out on Sunset has a huge line for counter and drive-through service all the time, but the food is totally worth the wait. I only wish it was open till 2 or 3 am on weekends ?cause I?m always craving it for a late, late night snack. PS ?Google the In-N-Out secret menu ?cause there?s more options you can order than just the three they have presented at the counter. Pros: food Cons: long lines more

HOLLYWOOD IN-N-OUT???NCOMPETENT 12/30/2007

I am giving this In n Out(only this one) a 1 star because it is by far the worst run of any I've ever been to. They couldn't get an order done right if there was only one customer in the place. And the fries are always cold. Go to the Sherman Oaks one. Always done right. Pros: This one and only store has no pros. Cons: need I say more more

you have to try it at least once 12/23/2007

It is a Los Angeles staple so you have to try it. Good burgers but I prefer All American. I wouldn't pass it up though. Not a fan of all the kids or the wait. Pros: good burgers, parking Cons: loud, wait more

Great fries, but hamburgers are so-so 11/8/2007

I've been going to In n Out for twenty years, since I'm a SoCal native. The food is good, but I think some people have a tendency to overhype it. The burgers are a bit small, with less meat than I'd really prefer in a good burger. Fatburger has better burgers, in my opinion. But yes, the fries at In n Out are bar none the best you will ever get. Fresh fresh fresh. Just the fries and the chocolate shakes are enough to make me come back for more. Pros: Great French fries, friendly service Cons: Burgers are too small more

The BEST fries in the country!! 9/25/2007

I will go back to to LA just for another visit to In-N-Out, the Best fries ever. My kids and I Loved the place. more

Would give it five stars if it weren't for the line! 7/17/2007

By far the BEST hamburgers on the planet. You can't go wrong with this place. Just be prepared to wait awhile!! Pros: AWESOME food, great service Cons: The line, but that's not their fault!! It's still great!! more

Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!? 6/12/2007

The best fast food burger on the planet, no question. If you live in So Cal and have not had one yet shame on you. more

Best Fast Food 3/5/2007

What can I say? I don't eat fast food, but when your on a road trip, or a once a few month splurge, I go to In n Out, simply the best. Even vegans can enjoy the fries, thats right, no animal products, and I've seen them peel n cut em. Make mine animal style. Pros: Food, price Cons: slow service, long wait more

""That's What Hamburger's All About""~ 1/8/2007

There probably aren't too many Southern Californians who haven't had the pleasure of eating a double-double from In-n-Out. They are probably the last remaining fast-food chains in which you can expect the same taste and quality. Sure, they don't have a big wall-sized menu selection like McDs and there aren't any other alternatives (e.g. chicken burgers), but they concentrate on what they do best: hamburgers, fries and shakes. It's worked for them all these years; don't see why they should change it now! Freshness is their game; freshly cut Kennebec potatoes for their fries, nice, leafy GREEN lettuce and plump tomatoes. What really strikes me the most about In-n-Out are their workers and their attention. i don't like cheese and i am quite picky with my food (even to burgers!) and i have had more than my share of disappointments at your other fast food burger joints. But i never (to this day) have had my order screwed up at In-n-Out. Here's how my order looks every time i go: a double-meat (double-double w/o the cheese), Animal-style, no pickles and with light fries. My order comes out exactly the way i described it, 100%. Bravo! There's a lot of the reviewers who aren't as fond of their fries, but i personally LOVE their fries. i especially get them ""light"" (after a tip from my friend who worked there; they are not cooked all the way through). Their shakes are creamy, thick and delicious! The specific In-n-Out location here on Sunset and Orange is also quite cool to hang out late at night; you will see all walks of life munch down them burgers and fries. All in all, In-n-Out is somewhere that i expect my burger to taste the way i like it! Pros: Burgers. Fries. Shakes. Friendly Service Cons: Nothing personal that i could think of... more

ANIMAL FRIES ROCK! 10/4/2006

For all of you with In-N-Out fry issues- Ask for your your fries well done, and it might change your mind. Ask for your fries Animal style and you will be in heaven! more

TRIED AND TRULY THE LOUSIEST BURGER EVER. YOU CALL THOSE FRIES? 9/14/2006

In and Out burgers are disgusting. They taste like old grease coated over a thin patty. I could never understand why people go there. The fries are soggy. Oh please dont tell me they are freshly cut fries. They taste nasty period and end. Try Fat Burger. Try the Fat Fries. Less grease and actually tastes like they came from a real potato. I wouldn't say Fat Burger is healthier but the taste of the burger is great - why? Cuz it tastes like a freshly made burger! Pros: Thumbs down all the way Cons: Thumbs down all the way more
