AVOID THIS PLACE ! The owner and the technician, who supposedly "fixes" the machines, are both rude, condescending, and inept. Don' bother to bring your sewing machine here to get fixed because they'll take your money but won't solve the problem. The fabrics they sell are very overpriced as well. You can get the exact same fabrics at other area stores, such as Jackmann's, for better prices. The other employees are usually nice and try to be helpful, but what can you expect when the owner is so poor at customer service and the technician tries to blame you for the machine's problems instead of admitting that she doesn't know what she's doing. They deserve NO STARS but this review format requires at least one star be checked. On the most recent repair job that they're handling (they sent my machine to Bernina because they've "fixed" it so many times but it keeps having the exact same problem), the store owner told me that she has, "no clue," if it has been checked yet or what is wrong with it or when a diagnosis will be provided, and she doesn't even know how to contact them since that is all handled by her one and only technician, who was not at work that day. That's not what a customer wants to hear after having left my machine there over two weeks ago with no response from them yet! Then she said that the people at Bernina who fix the machines, "just don't care," if the customer is waiting to find out what is wrong with the machine and when it will be fixed and how much it will cost! With that attitude, they don't deserve anybody's business! After giving them MANY chances to fix my machine over the last 10 years, I WON"T BE GOING BACK! There are plenty of other shops in town that must surely provide better service and attitude. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION!
