Review content:
The owner Pam was nice but she was given a job and there was an incorrect fact provided and it was OBVISOULY incorrect and she put it on the quilt INCORRECT! She had my number but didn't call to confirm. In her explanation to me she said, "It's a job and I input what I was given and saw, therefore I didn't question it was incorrect. Someone else noticed it after the job was complete. No sorry, no what can I do SINCE I didn't call to confirm, but I just want the money. I had to offer a soultion for the problem and then she agreed to the quick fix but I was told it may not be ready when needed. If not ready when needed, then I can't use the piece at all. Not how I thought she would have handled at all, she seemed very overwealmed based on the other jobs she needed to complete at the time.
