Imperial Crane & Imperial Tree

Would not recommend. Service was late coming out to perform quote. Secretary did not seem to grasp questions, did not return calls in timely manner, gave conflicting information to owner. Owner was polite but changed his mind on terms after giving quote. This service is unreliable and disorganized. more

What a great company! They took care of my yard and did the best possible job I could have ever expected. I got a great estimate, they communicated every step of the way, came when they said they would and did the best possible job. My yard looks amazing. And the receptionist was wonderful. She answered all my questions, worked with my tough schedule and she was the nicest lady. Thank you Imperial Tree!!!! more

We live in North Royalton and had seven huge trees on the property well in excess of 110 feet each. In addition to being hazerdous, the fall cleanup and leaves clogging the gutters were getting us down. We received 8 estimates of which Imperial Tree Inc. impressed us the most. Matt, Jose, Brian, Trevor & Betty in the office were nothing short of wonderful. They took great care in their preparation, told us step by step what they were doing, operated the crane like a well choreographed ballet, cleaned up EVERYTHING! and also had the most reasonable price. They earned our highest recommendation. more

We hired Imperial to remove a tree, stump and a large pile of old rotted wood from our yard. I never had a problem with making or keeping any appointments and my phone calls were always returned. Our neighbor also hired them to remove two trees and he was very satisfied with their work too. We also found them to be significantly lower then all the other bids we received. more

I had quite the opposite experience from the previous reviewer. Imperial just finished removing a very large, 1/2 dead tree & the stump from just behind our house. I contacted Imperial Tree & Stump a few weeks ago for a quote, as well as 2 other companies. (Also one other person my parents know had recommended them, which is why I included them in my quote requests.) They all called back within a day or so and came out to give us estimates within another day or so. After we received & looked over all of our estimates we decided to go with Imperial because they had the right equipment and thoroughly explained what they would do (e.g. lay plywood down to protect our driveway, as our tree removal would require a crane). We thought the price was fair - even slightly less than what we expected. We called and left a message accepting their proposal on Good Friday (April 6) afternoon. They called back early this week and here I am at the end of the week (Friday, April 13) and it is all done. Also, they called me the afternoon before to confirm and this morning as they were leaving for my house. Everyone (3 persons including the owner) was very pleasant and courteous. Everything was well cleaned up. I am extremely happy and feeling much safer now that I am not afraid of having a tree fall on the house. I would highly recommend them based on my experience. more

We called today because we have been waiting over 2 months for our tree removal appointment and no one had shown up or called us. The receptionist rescheduled an appointment we made with her last October for reasons known only to her and never contacted us to say she had done so. She became verbally abusive when we said we decided not to reschedule and to cancel our appointment. Because of the very poor customer service we received, we will not use Imperial Tree nor refer them to anyone. more
