great company!!! 2/14/2009

I want to congratulate Image Van Rentals on a job well done. My son?s soccer team recently played in a tournament in New York. I am one of the team mothers and was in charge of helping to make the travel arrangements. We had to have a van large enough to comfortably seat the entire team, plus coach and chaperones and Image Van Rental was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They were very professional and courteous and helped me decide on the best choice for my needs. Upon arrival, the van was promptly ready and very clean. The return process was just as easy. I want to thank Image Van Rentals for a job well done. I will be using them for any future tournament we have. Great job!! more

My girlfriends and I just came back from a weeklong trip to New York. Since there were so many of us, we needed an inexpensive place to rent a reliable van. Image Rent a Car fit the bill perfectly. We had done a Internet search to compare prices, availability and features, and Image Rent a Car came out on top in all 3 of those areas. We wanted something spacious enough to hold all of our luggage, and us but also at the same time something that was ?fun?. When I described our needs to the representative, she gave us 3 choices that were all in our price range. Once we got to the airport and saw the van, we were not disappointed; as it was just as the representative had described to us-oh and very clean too!! I will definitely use Image Rent a Car again, and I know they all will too!!!! more

SUPERB 12 AND 15 PASSENGER VAN RENTALS NYC AND TRI STATE AREA 11/29/2008

There are no words to explain how helpful Image Rent a Car was with our vacation to New York City. They gave us top of the line service and it all started out when we land at John F. Kennedy International Airport. As soon as we got out of the terminal, one of Image?s rental agent was there with our 12 passenger van ready to go. He helped us pack the van and took us to the office get the paperwork filled out. After that it was as smooth as can be. I took the family site-seeing around Manhattan. Then went all the way up to the Niagara Falls and back. We drove around quite a bit. Image gave us the best mileage package we could find. That is what really made the difference. Image Rent a Car (luxury cars and van rentals) 11/19/2008

I was frantically searching the internet and was short on time, I was looking for a van that would be big enough for me and my band plus my equipment.I called various rental car companies and no one seemed to be able to guarantee a vehicle for me or their prices were too high for a regular 12-15 passenger van.I called Image Rent a Car and they were able to guarantee me a vehicle that was way better than the vehicles that the other companies offered me and within the same price range.I rented a 12 passenger Dodge Sprinter van from Image Rent a Car at the Uniondale Long Island location and the service was excellent.Pat was very helpful in answering all of my questions as well as Clive who showed me how to work the TV,DVD player and all the features of the van.They worked out a mileage package for my trip to Boston and Georgia.The vehicle accommodated me and my 9 passengers with room for our luggage and band equipment.I was definitely satisfied and would recomend the company to my friends,family and other bands looking to travel across the states. We rented a 15 passenger van from IMAGE Van Rentals. 718-995-3723 >> 1-888-718-0001 Driving Info for 15 Person Vans: Anyone can drive it, you don't need a special license and its a great way to go with a few friends to all the nice places around From Orlando Florida, Miami WPB Ft Lauderdale Orlando trip to Disneyland, Atlantic City in New Jersey Six Flags Great Adventure, Philadelphia, Washington DC New York and Connecticut. it is Fuel efficient and It doesn't use a lot of gas. We got probably 19-22 miles a gallon. Full Size Vans FORD, Chevy or Extended van Dodge Fifteen passenger vans (Clubwagon) have dual air condition and a Cd Player. Great for Family trips and back to school travel!!! This was my first time renting a van for our company conference, as normally we hire individual cars, but the service was impeccable as was the van itself, and extremely reasonably priced. Suited our business needs perfectly. Highly recommend and will definately be coming back again more

On our last trip from London to New York City we hired a 15 person car from here. 1st we were skeptical but when the gentleman was waiting for us with the 2008 ford e350 clubwagon at the Laguardia airport we were very happy especially since it was 9:30 pm on Thursday and where we would find a place to rent a large van for all of our luggage or even a shuttle bus in new york. Anyway the service was RATE 100% the 15 person van was NEW, the rate was 125.00 per day which is actually not more then 95 Eu. I Give them 98% Satisfactory. to whom it may concern, this is just a quick note of thanks . we were in about 2 weeks ago to rent the 12 seater van. if you recall sam, i came back the next morning to redo the contract in order to save the 80 dollar insurance fee. thank you for your help. i also must send a note to commend your employee in the hotel location, marci, who was not only pleasant and courteous, but helpful and just a nice person to deal with. even though i caused her double work, she did not seem to mind and did it with a smile. she is a good representation of your company. i will be recommending you to people who need the services that you provide in the future. once again , thank you for your good service. warmest regards, david feder. That was the smoothest van rental experience ever, we walked down the elevator to the baggage claim area and there was IMAGE Van Rentals. They were holding a sign with our church group's name ""FIRST COMMUNITY CHURCH"". They delivered the vans to the airport for us.
